Chicago Trip: Part 2
Well, here in Chicago, we've done a lot of things. (Lame) We went on a tour of Millennium Park, and saw the "Bean", the silver bean-shaped stature. There was a huge open-air amphitheater, and a large series of fountains. The next day, we went to the John Hancock Observatory, at the top of the building of the same name. The view was AMAZING!

Chicago Trip: Part 1
Well, right now I'm on a trip in Chicago (we took a sleeper train to get there, 13-14 hour trip), but we drove (rental) to Madison, Wisconsin to go to a wedding of my Dad's friend, who's 40 and he wasn't married until yesterday! (at least he had time to find the right girl) Were going to stay here in Madison for the next 2 days, and check out all the neat things there are to see, such as the Capitol and some strange museums. After that we're going back to Chicago and check out the city. On the last day of our trip, we'll see the Blue Man Group! YAAAY! (Were checking out the city then because before, we were mainly just checking out Streator (the town that my mom grew up in) and the U of I (University of Illinois) Awesome college!) Here in Wisconsin, were staying in the Staybridge Suites for a total of 4 nights, and with a suite, it's sweet! (sorry about the pun) I'll post another update later in the trip.

My Revelation
Well, now to the thing that really matters (at least to me). Today I finally realized that I love my girlfriend, Emily. Like, really love her. Really really love her. The only problem is that I can't get in contact with her until the beginning of the next school year. But I think I'll find a way to talk to her over the summer. Good thing it just started!
What We Did Today
Today wasn't very exciting, but we took a bike ride, but took a wrong turn, got lost, and then ended up at Beaver Lake Nature Center. Later, we went to a farm called Hanckle's to pick berries. They had a good year, because the raspberries were ready for picking 2 weeks before usual.

You Won't Beleive What Just Happened!
OK
We were going to The Bikery, a bike store and repair shop, to pickup my new bike, when my old bike, which we were going to get fixed because of a broken kickstand and gear-shifter-thingy, when it flew off the bike rack into the highway at 70 mph! The tire and wheel was bent, the handlebars fell off, and the seat twisted, so we got there to see if they could repair the damage, but it was totaled. I was going to give that bike to my sister because I was getting a new one, but I guess she gets a new one too. Now my dad is pissed off real bad! I think it flew off the rack because one, the bike was at the edge of the rack, and two, one of the straps was kind of loose when we stretched it on. Not to mention how fast the wind was blowing and that it was in the middle of a downpour. I hope my sister doesn't get mad, but it's really my dad I should worry about.

Summer Plans
This summer, we are going to Texas to get my eye replaced (prosthetic, long story) , and then going to see family members all across the country.
Later, we will take a train (sleeper car) to Chicago, and stay there and see everything there, since my parents went to college there and my mom grew up in Illinois.

Haven't Posted In FOREVER!
I know!
I haven't posted since the beginning of the school year, so I'd like to finally give an update!
Well, nothing big happened this year, nut my mom will not have a teaching job next year, but she will be a subsitute, so that's good.
Over the holidays, I got a new iPod Nano 5G, will video recording, and all that jazz.
Speaking of jazz, I was in the school jazz band this year! AWESOME! We performed many concerts at the school, but also performed at the jazz competition at Darien Lake, in front of judges.
WE GOT FIRST PLACE!!!!!!!!!!
Well, we have tech this year, and we make CO2 cars, witch are wooden, painted cars in which you hollow out a hole and put a CO2 canister (cartridge) and then pop it open, propelling the car down the track at speeds up to 70 mph. I didn't do so great, but it was fun anyway! :)
Well, even there is no more big things about this school year that are worth mentioning, I would like to say that this year was great!
